Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy for Draw Soso Dear Valued Draw Soso Participant, We hope this message finds you well. At Draw Soso, we understand that circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending a scheduled workshop. We would like to outline our workshop cancellation and refund policy to provide you with clarity and transparency. Cancellation Options: In the event that you are unable to make it to a workshop, the following options are available, depending on the number of days' notice provided: Workshops Under €60: Regrettably, refunds are not offered for workshops under €60. More than 7 Business Days' Notice: Full refund of your booking cost, allowing you to rebook into a later date that suits you. Between 7 and 4 Business Days' Notice: 75% refund of your booking cost. Between 3 and 1 Business Days' Notice: 50% refund of your booking cost. 24 Hours' Notice: Unfortunately, with only 24 hours' notice, we are unable to refund your booking cost. Rescheduling: Should you decide to reschedule, the refunded amount can be applied to the new booking. Response Time: Please note that our establishment is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. While there may be a delay in our response, rest assured that the date of your cancellation will be duly noted. We appreciate your understanding of our policies, which are designed to account for the challenges we face in filling spots on short notice.
